UK residential portfolio

A privately held portfolio, managed directly and kept on the record.

Knight & Co Properties lets and looks after its own homes. There is no managing agent in the middle: tenants deal with the landlord, and every agreement, certificate, ticket and notice is recorded in one place.

Looking for a property? Availability is confirmed through the office — please use the contact form rather than a listings portal.

For tenants

One portal for the paperwork that matters

Tenancy documents

Your agreement, inventory and current safety certificates in one place, downloadable whenever you need them.

Tickets and support

One queue for repairs, tenancy questions and anything else for the office. This is not live chat — each message is recorded on the ticket.

Standing-order rent hub

Signed-in tenants see pay-to bank details and due/paid status. Rent is paid by standing order — there is no card checkout and no running balance.

Signed-in tenants use the rent hub for standing-order pay-to details. There is no Stripe or card checkout, and monthly figures stay in Finance.

Compliance

Landlord obligations, evidenced not assumed

Each let property carries a standing record of its statutory documents with renewal dates tracked, so nothing lapses quietly.

Gas safety
An annual Gas Safe check on every property with a gas supply, with the current certificate issued to tenants.
Electrical safety
EICR inspection on the statutory cycle, with remedial work tracked to sign-off.
Energy performance
A valid EPC held for each let property and supplied at the start of a tenancy.
Deposit protection
Deposits registered with a government-approved scheme and prescribed information served.
How to Rent
The current How to Rent guide served at the start of the tenancy and on renewal.
Right to Rent
Checks completed before a tenancy begins and re-checked when a status requires it.

Speak to the office

Enquiries about a tenancy, a property or a repair all reach the same ticket queue. Current tenants should sign in so their request is attached to their tenancy record. The public contact form also creates a ticket.
